The renewal was quick and easy. However their confirmation service needs some work. I was receiving expectation notices 3weejs after they took their payment from my account. I have not had to use their service yet. However it gives me peace of mind. Should the need arises since we RV 6 months out of the year.

I adopted a dog that was already microchipped and the transfer of information to my name, as the new owner, was seamless. I am, however, still waiting for the new collar to arrive; the first one that was sent was way too large. Hopefully, it will arrive soon.

I informed the person I spoke with that the name of my dog was changed to Piper Joy after I got her from the pet store but the tag came in with just the name Joy on it. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating.
