When my dog disappeared from my yard they were incredibly helpful in getting an accurate description sent out to people in my area to be on the lookout. My dog was safely returned. They were incredibly wonderful to deal with.

My puppy has been scanned with several scanner and they can’t find her chip at the vet. My vet recommended me to rechip my puppy. Would like to know what kind of scanner reads petkey chip. MYNEW REVIEW At first I was not happy with petkey because my vet told me that they could not scan my puppy chip none of the scanners would work and that I need to rechip my puppy. Will doing my review on petkey I wrote that I was not happy with it because The scanner wouldn’t work. As soon as I posted my review I got a reply from petkey letting me know that they would look into helping resolve my issue. Minute later I got a email from petkey and they solved my issue. It turned out that my breeder did not us a key pet chip. I’m so happy on how fast they contact me and fix my issues I give them a 👍🏼 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼Very excellent 🤗service !!! 🤗🤗

It looks like the chip the breeder inserted in your pet is not a petkey chip so we can't comment on it's scanning but I will reach out to you directly to get you a petkey chip so your vet can insert that just to be sure Marley is protected.

Fortunately I have NOT had to utilize my Petkey account to locate our dog, but should that dreadful time ever come, having Petkey provides our family with peace of mind!
