I had no problems setting up and making sure my dog was monitored. Years back i thought he handled it and knew nothing about the yearly fee. Got it all taken care of. Thanks so much. It should be mandatory. As a member of ASPCA it would help a great deal with abuse and thought lost pets. With all the weather problems and pets being left. Not that i could ever. But!
