I just tested it to understand how it works.

I haven't had to use my dogs chip as yet. Living in a wildfire area, makes a chip imperative. I appreciate the life time price and the security of knowing I can find my dog if we are separated. I appreciate you! I would however, like some hard copy paperwork showing I have an account and it's information. Again, thank you.

Web site could use some work. Not very intuitive

I haven't had the opportunity to use the chip location service.

Very polite & easy process. Thank you!!

Ok I guess never tried any other.

I never received my original order, which was frustrating, but when I called the customer service rep (a guy, didn’t get his name) was extremely helpful. He told me another rep from shipping would contact me the next day and she did. Her name was Blair and she handled everything immediately. I got my package in a few days and it was perfect. You guys turned a one star experience into a 4 star, just by your customer service. Thanks!!
