Using petkey has given us security that if our heeler happens to get out, maybe someone will take her to a veterinarian to see if she's microchiped.

Buying process & sign up was easy. Vet did not disclose there was an additional fee associated for registration/sign up; I could have asked more questions and the fee seemed reasonable/worth while. Haven't had to "use" the product beyond having it as a safeguard but feel more confident if something were to happen to my pup.

Thank God I am a member. I haven’t had to take advantage of this organization but it is gratifying to know they are available by phone anytime.

Was quick and easy to use. Reasonable fee.

It was so easy setting up the information regarding my rescued cat, Kiki. She was chipped at the humane center and I was given the paperwork with instructions on how to contact PetKey with her new owner information. Process was very easy for me to enter my info and pay for your service. Hopefully I will never lose my new family member, but if she does get lost the chip will be located at any vet’s office and she will be returned to me.

Very simple to sign up. Staff very kind, helpful and knowledgeable!

We had registered our pup with the incorrect microchip number. Alisa was able to correct this immediately for us (on a Saturday, too!) The prompt response was much appreciated!
