Hope I will never have to use the service. Trust it would work but don't know unless my puppy runs away. Was slightly disappointed in the quality of the tag for the price. Wish I had just paid the chip service and gotten a non-cartoony tag elsewhere.

I went in to put a picture of my pet and for some reason it would not except do I went back in to try again and it said something about charging me to change it so I backed out. Is there some way to add a photo without being charged

Very friendly and helpful staff. The only problem I had was knowing if I had succeeded in all the info that was needed was given to them.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I could only do one of my dogs on line. I had to call to get my other dog renewed. They only accept one dog per e-mail on line, may people have more than one dog! Though I will say when I called the women I spoke with was very pleasant and had my other dog renewed quickly!!!
