I gave 3 stars because there are 2 things that need improvement. I was unhappy with having to pay for the chip at the vet and then get home and have to pay again to register my dog. I was under the impression that it was a certain cost and it ended up being double. There needs to be a way that all fees are made into one. The other thing is if my dog is stolen again (reason for getting her chipped for proof of ownership), there is no way to find her. This is only good if she is lost and found by someone decent. There needs to be a way to track her. Thank you for your wonderful service though. No complaints there.

I have yet to receive the tag ordered for my dog

I kept things emails after I spent the money to do this. They stated that I still had not activated when I clearly had. I was also told by the vet I didn't need to pay for anything additional.

I think this should be a free service if you adopt a shelter or humane society pet.

I’ve had other pets chipped and never paid a fee like this. Very expensive to be able to keep information up to date. My dog is registered with AVID I have never paid anything above and beyond the 15.00 the vet charged me to insert it.

paid to register my dog microchip $19.99. and that was all that happened. receive 1-2 notices about other lost dogs, end of story.

I have never used this company in the past. Therefore i have no comparison. The sign up was easy, and did not take too long. Im satisfied.

I am a new member because this company was chosen by the breeder so puppy was already microchipped. I did not know that this company was based in the U.S. but that was fine until I read about the package you were to receive if you signed up. I contacted the company to say I was never told about different packages and what as a lifetime member does my pup receive AND I was told absolutely nothing because we are in Canada and they don't ship here! So a 3 star rating because we are new and haven't needed to use their services and because they don't honour their word!
