Website is a scam pretending to provide registration for your pets microchip, and charged you money for it. They pay google to have their link be the first one to show up when you google petlink, the actual microchip manufacturer, in hopes of tricking people out if $45. Meanwhile, registration at the actual microchip site is free

It was a waste of money. It doesn't help find your dog unless someone turns them in. He was stolen and I'll never see him again. I was made to believe this was like a gps tracker when I bought it.

Horrible service, long wait times on the phone and automated charged my credit card. Personal also couldn't tell me about the service I was purchased and how the database works with my local shelter.

I think petkey is kind of a scam. I had signed up for a different microchip company and thought I was all set, when suddenly petkey pops up offering life time coverage for $45. Because I never actually searched this company out I thought it was part of the other company. So, I wasted $45 on this company that clearly attempted, and succeeded in fleecing me.

My order was a mistake. I asked you to cancel it and refund my money. You have not done so. There is no way I could recommend an organization that acts like this. Jan Keller

I followed up with the bank to confirm your refund and there was an error in processing it that they have resolved now so you should see an email confirmation of this very soon. We do understand mistakes happen and always honor a refund in that situation. Thank you for the follow up.
