Ensures pet owenership!

We ordered dog tags that have all the micro chip information on them. No need for the yellow tag as well. The look of the tags is top notch!

Had to call to get a password reset. The lady that helped us was extremely helpful. Was able to combined both our accounts into one.

Very Responsive!!!

I honestly do not know if I purchased a life time chip or less. I paid two separate times on same day. One was for one year and then after explained to me, I added extra fee for life time protection. My email only showed the one BUT I showed on credit card TWO fees. ??????. Not happy now I want life protction. Not explained to me good. I would.still like to know if I have what I requested

Outstanding customer support. Quick, easy, and personable. Very thorough, making sure I was completely satisfied.

Online process was very easy to go through. Good for someone like me who has a hard time going through the process on line.

Knowledgeable staff who also reflect a caring attitude
