was very easy to activate my pets chip and didn't take long at all to receive her tag.

My replacement petkey for my dog went smoothly and very quick. Quality and delivery was very quick and new chip was perfect. I was leaving for a trip and suddenly realized it was not around her neck. I panicked of course because I was leaving in a few days but they delivered early enough for me to relax on my trip. Traveling with a service animal is stressful enough so when my Petkey arrived in plenty of time before I was to leave was a true stress reliever. I will pay closer attention to all her tags around her neck. Also will order another in case this happens again.

The woman I spoke with when I registered my dog was so nice and friendly and answered all of my questions. It was a very pleasant experience.

I searched PetKey at 2a.m. two days ago because i found a lost dog in Swissvale ref# 790294. I was ecstatic to speak with a live representative named Arwa who helped me reach the family of this dog. They contacted me and came to i.d. the dog the very next morning after recieving the call from Arwa reguarding a possible match to their dog who was stollen on 9-22-2013. IT IN DEED WAS A MATCH. The family was reuinited with their stolen dog after 6 long years. Thank you PetKey and Thank you Awra for answering the phone in the wee hours of the morning.
