I adopted 2 cats from my local shelter. They chip the cats and gave us the information to transfer the ownership. The process was very easy and I appreciate that because there are lots of things to take care of when adopting new pets.

After a visit to the vet, I learned my newly rescued senior dog had a PetKey chip. The vet looked up the information by scanning my pet and gave me the website to update the information. The website was easy to navigate and affordable to update and activate the chip for the protection of my new fur baby. I would recommend PetKey to any pet owner concerned with locating there pet in the event they are taken or manage to escape.

We saved the life of an abandon cat. We thought she was a kitten because of her weight and appearance. Her vet said she would have died in a few days due to malnutrition and lacking protection from the weather. Petkey had her chip listed and we know that she was two years old and abandoned by her owner. Her doctor said that the previous owner deleted their name from her account. Libby is a healthy two year old learning to trust and be affectionate.

You're so goodI ordered my personal ID tag (and registered my pup)for $60 +$ on December 27th...today is January 19th and still have not received it. Can't really give a great review. Is my pup even registered??

Hello, I was able to get with the Postal Service to ask for help in tracking your package and it appears they did lose it and failed to notify us of this. I apologize for the delay and have issued a new tag for Chloe Bell right away as well as a refund. She is fully registered for a lifetime.
