I ordered my dogs tags and I am very happy with them. There are many dogs by me that are lost. I am always worried about my dogs taking off. The people that live in South Carolina are fantastic. They always look for the dog and cats owners. With my tags if my dogs got lost. They can call and find me. I am very happy with your product.

There was some miscommunication between myself and Pet Key after I purchased a lifetime subscription for my newly rescued dog. This was resolved by a phone call from Pet Key and I am pleased with the attention that they gave to my concerns. I was given a contact name and phone number should I ever have any immediate need to contact them.

The representative that I talked to was very helpful. She was able to address my questions and meet my needs.
