Good. Took awhile to get tag but it was also over holidays so it made sense.

The only thing that I didn't like is the price. It is a little expensive

The sign up process was a bit confusing but I eventually got it.

Reasonable price but dog tags are large. I have small dogs, smaller options should be available.

Easy registration and web site. I ordered a tag with my phone number etc, but it had sharp edges and I would not put it on my very active dog.

Our experience was fine. We sent the fee and information for her tag and received her tag quickly. if she is ever lost we expect that she will be scanned and returned to us.

PetKey was recommended to us. The price was fare and the instructions were not difficult. I hope we never have to use the microchip services! It is there if we need it. Thanks.
