It was good except i did it online and it was a little confusing for me anyway ..I ended up purchasing one thing thinking it was something else ..I had to call customer service and she helped get it straightned out ...

I’ve only gotten part of my order, with no idea of how long it will take to get the rest of it. When I called about it, they didn’t check its progress or attempt to track it, all they would say is wait for it, it should be there any time. Well that was over a week ago with two items, my cat’s I’d tag and leash, still out there somewhere, paid for, but not delivered. I am very disappointed, but the service with the earlier part of my order was ok Update- I got the rest of my order about a week later, and it was wonderful! My kitty looks great with her name tag, and I’m training her to use a leash and harness I had purchased on the site. The harness is wonderful, the way it lights up!

I didn't give you 5 stars because you got my phone number wrong on the tag and I had to order a different one with the right number I don't know how it happened but thank you for fixing it I gave you 4 stars I had no other issues with petkey tag I got it's awesome everything on the tag is clear and easy to read thanks

The website was easy to negotiate.

Would be 5 stars but, would like to be able to upload a pic from my gallery & not a file.

Had to call to get the I.D. tag for my dog after waiting and paying for it. Finally came today......two of them. Well, if she loses one she has a replacement. I very much appreciate being notified about missing dogs in my area. I post them on a Facebook.

No problems. All done well.
