We mistakenly entered the wrong number for the tag. PetKey immediately righted our wrong and sent a second, correct tag at their expense to make sure that we were happy. I strongly recommend this company who understands customer service in an age of customer no service.

Easy easy easy!! Many different options for the type of tracking you want for your pet. My favorite is that they sent me a complimentary silicon key tag with my info on it. It won’t rust or fade! I feel so much better about my boy now. He likes to escape and I know he will be found so much easier. Very happy with the company. Pricing is competitive but affordable. Many different packages and options to choose from.
