Had trouble putting photo in.

So far so good. I registered my baby and the staff was very polite

You have an old picture of my dog Teddy, from the previous owners and it is so bad one cannot tell what he looks like. I sent two new pictures, but they were never put on the site. Very disappointing. So, what use is it to use your service? Tracy reached out to me immediately and I sent 2 more photos. Don’t know what happened, but she has told me his new photos have been posted. I am sure I will be very happy when I figure out how to look at them.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars. I would of given 5. The only reason I didn't is that I made a purchase and I didn't receive what I ordered and it's been over a month now. I called and let them know that I Hadn't received my order and I was told that I should have it by Monday January 13th, still nothing. I made the purchase in December 9th of 2019. Now I have to call back to see why I haven't received my purchase.

Price is high.
