I ordered a replacement id # tag for my dog. The mailing address is correct, but I never received it (was charged for it). After a few emails I was told they would send another, which I also never received. Still don't have one, will just go to PetSmart & have one made.

I apologize for the mailing issues. I promise you that we have sent out the tag you ordered 2 times now but we were unaware that you still hadn't received it. I am going to have another one sent out today via a different mail carrier this time.
