Awesome. Helps return babies to their owners

I called Petkey to see if I could swap out the lifetime membership and ID tag to our “soon to be” new puppy. Our dog that we had for only a month had to be returned to the breeder because he has serious health issues. Since we had extenuating circumstances, the representative noted that in the system and said we could return the tag for a new one, and that we would receive the lifetime membership as well. I appreciate them willing to do that for us. She was extremely helpful and so understanding!

A great service-gives peace of mind! Hope to never have to use it!

Easy to sign up and the price is very responsible to keep my baby safe in the event of the unthinkable happening and him becoming lost. Nice collar tag with his chip number and name to assist in his return.

Exactly as described. Arrived on time. Durable and works great.

Adopted a neighbors dog after she passed away. PetKey made it very easy to transfer Sammy to my name. They followed up when they said they would. Got everything taken care of for me. Excellent customer service

very help full and pleasent

Highly recommended!!! Love how your notified of all missing dogs to help each other out and I know if my dog ever lost and found that petkey would get him home safely. Gives me peace of mind. I would recommend them to all dog owners .
