Everytime I have had occasion to contact Petkey, everyone has been very knowledgeable and caring. Highly reccomend this company and yes indeed, make sure your pet has a "identity chip" and a tag for their collar.

Helpful, intelligent staff and take a very special personable interest in you and your pet. I highly recommend them for your pets' needs. ID chips and follow through are too important to ignore.

Though luckily we haven't had to use the PetKey services to locate our dog, just knowing that there is a way to report or find lost animals. Knowing our Luna has the chip and veterinarians can check for it and report her found if we should lose her is very comforting. The process of registering her couldn't have been easier and we now feel much more secure for her safety!
