I love how easy it was to register. I just wish the dog tag would have been included and not an extra fee.

The reason I've rated PetKey 4 rather than 5 stars is that I had to pay $15 for a PetKey tag to substitute for the original one (only 2 years old.) The information printed on it wore off and so was useless. It seems to me that's a defective product and should be replaced gratis by PetKey. The ID tag on our other dog, which he's been wearing for over 8 years, has not worn out at all. It's from a different pet microchip company and obviously made much more durably than the original or replacement from PetKey.

I ordered a new ID/chip tag for my female dog. No option for tag. Received blue tag wanting pink. Oh well. Was hoping pink tag would arrive. Need option for this. Other than that tag was nice.

It is good but I would like it to be thicker

The process was smooth and easy. However, I thankfully haven't needed to use it so far. Like insurance, it provides peace of mind in case my puppy is ever lost or stolen.

It was not so easy to set it up on the computer, but I finally succeeded.

While the product is exactly as shown it should be noted the weight of the tag is not mentioned and the engraving is quite difficult to read as it is lightly done. My dogs collar is light weight leather and the weight of the tag causes it to pull down. When she eats it clangs on the fish and she is bothered by it. I also think using a heavier weighted font would allow a better visibility if the dog is lost and Wong allow a stranger to get too close.
