I registered my cat - a month later she disappeared and I have not heard or seen her - and there has been no report from per key. I hope it changes but at the moment it is not worth it.

I do nit like this company. What kind of people run a company that charges you to talk to someone? I was emailed a $10 off code and trued to use it and I was not given it but they took my payment in full. I trued calling them to have it applied and they wanted to charge me, do what was the point in the discount?

You must have called the wrong company. We do not charge to talk to anyone on the phone. I am aware that some of our competitors do have this practice be we do not and we would happily honor your coupon. I don't show any record in our call log that we spoke to you so I am guessing you contacted the wrong company by mistake. Our number is 866-699-3463 and we would be happy to help you.

17 days later still waiting on the id tag. Emailed customer service and was told to “wait longer”, “maybe” it will arrive by the end of the week. No tracking number provided either.

I thought I was contacting Pet Link, instead of confirming or denying this, you just told me my chip was not activated and charged me $45.00 to activate it. Nice deception, would not trust your company with my dead rat. Considering I asked if this was PET LINK, you would have known.

We are sorry you feel this way but we would have no way of knowing when you visit our website and register that you were intending on going to a different website. All registries can and will register any microchip. We participate in the Universal Lookup Tool so you can rest assured that your pet is protected and we hope that you never have to use our services but are team is prepared and ready to help if need be.

Pet key allowed a person who stole my dog to register her microchip number in the persons name online. My dog had been registered in my name months before with Found animals. VIP pet scanned her with Pet Keys scanner which is not a universal scanner. This is unacceptable. Pet key is participating in fraud. Do you Not see how wrong this is ? You can't let other people add our dogs microchip numbers to your registry and claim them as their own!!!!

Unfortunately we wouldn't have access to any other registry's database other then our own so we would not be able to determine that your pet was registered elsewhere under a different name. I am very displeased with the very small tag I received. Paid 13.00 for. It's for my siberean husky, and will not fit through his collor ring. I certainly would have paid more to get the metal one he had previously. I have tried to put it on twice & its just fallen off.

This is the first time I have dealt with PetKey. My puppy was already microchipped when I bought him. I did let Steve talk me into microchipping him again through Petkey. I hope I never have to use either one. I did not receive the pet key identification tags that I paid $15 for. I have called and talked to Steve who told me during the several texts and phone calls that it was in the mail.. halha. I called and talked to a supervisor by the name of Alisa. Who promised me the same thing after a long and enjoyable phone call. She seemed so trustworthy. But as with the Steve it was just empty promises to get me out of their hair. I doubt I will ever get the tags. right now it is the principle of the thing and I will never let it go. So Steve and Alisa you may as well send me the tags and get me off your backs. People think of the money this company receives for these tags and they don't have to deliver a thing. Wow what a country. A very unhappy customer in Florida

We are going to follow up with you to make sure your tag arrives. Your original purchase did not include an ID tag just an upgrade to our lifetime alert service, but I understand that there was some confusion that you thought it did so when you notified us on May 12th of this confusion we issued you a complimentary tag which was personalized and then shipped out to you on May 17th. You should be seeing it arrive in a bright blue envelope any day now but we will follow up with you to make sure it does arrive.
