The service was immediate and brief. I did not have to wait online for service, or was put on hold. The person I talked to was very informative and pleasant to talk to. She was very experienced, as her service was quick.

I had a stray cat arrive on my doorstep. Poor thing wasn't surviving well and had been on its own for a very long time, I think. I don't think he would have lived much longer if I hadn't saved him that night. So, I did my due diligence and reported a found cat to the humane society all the while keeping him in my care and having a vet check him out and scan him for a chip. Well, turns out he had one and I was able to share the number with the humane society and they ran him thru the data base and found a previous owner. After a conversation it appears the cat was kicked out of that home why I don't know. Hes a wonderful cat who is now a member of my family. PetKey allowed me to change his chip over to me. So, he has a new home and if he should ever get lost His chip will lead him back to me forever. Thank you to PetKey and all the helpful assistance.

We have a beautiful, friendly, pedigreed pooch and like to run errands with him. This means he's in the car alone with the window down. I'd be afraid to leave him if he wasn't microchipped.
