I do not have a pet finder account with you.

I couldn’t even get mine done, I paid and got ripped off! Very disappointed customer, I saw many bad reviews afterwards. I should have done my homework in this company.

No Satisfaction finding my dog Waste of money

Unhappy with PetKey. I asked for help when my pet's name was not correct on the key. They replied that they would correct the error and send me a new one, but they didn't. Really unfair? Made a bad impression.

My daughter ‘s dog was taken in Phoenix, Arizona the night she passed away. Having the dog chipped does not prove ownership. I must now take this woman to court to get the dog back. A big long ordeal. Police say it is a civil matter even though I can prove we have had her since she was a pup. So sad this girl will not return the dog. Very sad the chip does not prove ownership. This company cannot help in any way either.

Very disappointed in my purchase. The $45 "registration fee" and the $15 microchip tag were a complete waste of time and money. I never got an order number, confirmation number, or tracking number. The tag finally arrived over 3 weeks later with no updates. The lettering on the tag is crooked and very unprofessional looking. My cat wore the tag for one day inside and the coating is already being scratched off. I emailed PetKey informing them of all of this and asking for a refund. Instead I got a voicemail from someone named "Steve" saying there must just be some confusion on my end. NO APOLOGY AND NO PROMISE TO MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT. What a complete waste of $60.
