We apologize that you did not have an amazing experience registering your pet. We will definitely look into this and it appears we did follow up with you and we have upgraded your pet to a lifetime registration for no additional charge.

An app is in development right now - stay tuned for information soon! A microchip is not a GPS tracker, it is an internal identifier. GPS trackers exist, but that is not a product we offer.

No packet or paperwork is included with microchip registration. You can view or print it in your account if you need it. I just re-sent you a "welcome to Petkey" email so you can access your account. I am sorry that your vet didn't explain the cost of microchip registration when your dog was microchipped.
