Hello, I see that you opted for one of the wooden tags. They are usually quite durable so I apologize for that but I am going to send him one of our metal and silicone tags as well so he can be fully protected.

Our representative was very patient with you while trying to help you understand how a microchip works so it can best protect your pet in the event of an emergency. I understand that you did not want to provide your phone number for our records and I can relate to how bothersome telemarketing calls can be but we definitely do not ever provide pet owner details to anyone except in the case we need to contact you to give you your pet's location. We will do our best to reach you by other methods if your pet is ever recovered. We hope you have a happy holiday and enjoy peace of mind knowing you have protected your pet with a microchip and lifetime registration..

You have not returned my money. I talked with one of your people explaining I hit the wrong site to renew my pets chip, I have used Home Again for 6 years now, the girl said "oh not a problem we'll get that back into your account asap". Okay, it's been almost a month now, so please stop screwing around and get it done!!!!!!!!!!

I transferred ownership of a dog and the service was sub par. I had never experienced a chip service before and the expense was unreasonable. No one told us how much it would be to just change ownership information. There's no reason for it to have been so much. Then they got the info wrong and i can't get anyone to acknowledge me to get it fixed, without charge. I got a massive package in the mail with an unnecessary leash and collar, no option not to receive these things, no wonder it was expensive. Finally, I was added to their spam emails for lost animals all over the state, as if I'd see a lost animal that far from my house. Again, I wasn't given the option not to get these emails.

Hello, I am going to follow up with you to be sure but according to our records you did register Utah's microchip but didn't purchase anything additional that would be shipped out. You can access his registration and print his registration certificate from his online account that you created.
