Your registration database is a great.idea. However, I believe that a discount should be given on all your products if the customer is on a fixed income. Verification can be made by the veterinarian who entered the pet chip id.

Everything is great. Only disappointed that the wrong photo is on his ID, but that could be my fault, downloaded new one a couple minutes after the one you used. It shows his face more clearly.
