The site itself is deceptive. Charging to register microchips which can be registered for free from the actual issuing company. I completed registration, realized it wasn’t legitimate, tried to call customer service and wouldn’t connect me to anyone. I emailed to cancel my order and was refunded. However I can’t say I trust or recommend them.

Didnt know i would have to pay for it beside the veterinary.they never inform me

I never received my personalized dog tag ordered 1/13/2019

Unacceptable experience: I was very specific about whose name and phone number should be the first on my dog's tag. I explained to your representative I wanted a friend's phone number to be the first point of contact due to the fact I can be out of town and she can contact me. I purchased the colorful attractive tag. When the tag arrived, the information on the back of the tag was correct; however, the phone number on the front of the tag was mine--it should have been my friend's. I will now have to get back to you and request a corrected tag.

They have sent me 3 replacement cards all with the wrong information on our Veterinarian. I sent them a email with a photo of our Veterinarian & they still got it wrong. I called them & gave them the information over the phone and the nice young lady repeated it back to me & yet they sent me another card with the wrong Vet. I am really upset & frustrated!
