Any type or brand of microchip can be registered with any microchip registry. We have millions of customers that reach out to us to register their non Petkey branded microchip so we apologize that we were not aware you had contacted us by mistake. Once informed that you had contacted us by mistake we immediately issued you a full refund. While I am sorry to hear that you had complications with your credit card I can assure you that this had nothing to do with your transaction with us. We take many layers of precautions to prevent against this and we would be notified if any had occurred but our merchant account has confirmed that nothing has happened during their processing of your credit card.

Your first tag was made using the phone number you entered online when registering your pet but after receiving an email from you that it was not the correct number we did correct the number for you and resend you a new tag on 5/7/19 at no charge. Our records indicate that this new replacement tag was already delivered to you on 5/13/19. We will follow up with you again to make sure you received it.

You must have us confused with a different company. We are the microchip registry for your pup. You registered him online on 4/16/19 but there isn't anything that would arrive by mail for that and we don't have any products that would be coming from China. Please update your review to reflect your experience with our services.

You must have us confused with another company as there is never a charge to update or change your account contact information. You can login online and make changes or over the phone at 866-699-3463.

Hello, I am thinking you might have us confused with another company you may have purchased something for your pet. We don't ship to Canada and I don't show you have purchased anything besides your pet's microchip registration through us.

We will follow up with you directly as you didn't enter a microchip on your registration. If your pet is microchipped it should have shown up on any scanner a veterinarian has.
