It was easy and quick!

Thanks for being there for Han's. I have a new address: Douglas Lobdell Jr. 4035 Red Arrow Rd. Flint, Michigan 48507 810-259-4475

I recently adopted a dog that was already registered under another owner. I called Petkey and they did all the work from there. I explained the situation and gave them my information. They made contact with the person currently registered. I only had to wait until they contacted Petkey or 3 weeks if they failed to contact Petkey. I paid the transfer fee and in a couple weeks received a tag and card with my updated info. I now truly feel that she's my dog and if she ever gets lost that she'll have a greater chance returning to me.

Your employees were very thorough and quick with their responses. Thanks again for all your help.
