I just wish I would have done it earlier.

I had a false alarm. My puppy got into the laundry room and fell asleep by the dryer but I thought he had gotten out of the back yard and was in a panic by the time I made the phone call. The person on the phone was awesome. The puppy woke up and was barking just after I had explained what I thought was going on. So she was on the phone with me when I found him. She was very sportive. I was not calm or collected so I appreciated that she was.

When I placed an order I realized that I made a mistake. I called customer service and they corrected it. The person (A Female) was so polite. She corrected my order and she was(again) so friendly, courteous and polite. It's hard to find people these who are like the person that I described. I wish that everyone that I speak to on a regular basis was as kind as this person.

The website was very user friendly. I like the look of the ID tags we received as well. I felt like after I completed all the information my pets will be found soon should they ever get lost.
