My pets microchip was never renewed and is currently not recognized. I paid 45.00 for lifetime and received nothing except a receipt with no confirmation number to follow up.

The only reason i signed up was because it was a mistake. Your site came up as a pop up while trying to register my pets microchip on another site. I didnt realize i was on your site until i had already made the transaction and was not able to cancel it. You site has not benefited me.

You tried to pull a fast one. Pretending to be another company,acting like you already had my pets covered. Telling me you can cover them for life for $45. For each pet. If you can not tell the truth I want nothing to do with you.l I will stay with who l have, thank you.

If you had already done that somewhere else then there was no need for you to contact us as well and we did not solicit you to call us. We have issued you a full refund.

The phone number wasn’t correct and I had to pay again to have a new tag made. The tag is super thin. The dog bit it a couple times and bent the tag.

I never received a bit of information or an email in regards my Pomeranians Petkey. I sent your company the money to continue his alert and all I got was this...a review? Really??? My email you all already know. Now please give me the information so I can give it to my vet . I live in VA. And My Dusty’s is from Brooklyn NY. Take care of what is owed to us. A COLLAR, A Tag, a certificate l, whatever !!!! for my pup please. Where is his Petkey tag already? Never ever will I recommend nor will I go to your dog breeding Farm again. Send me my dogs darn tags for Petkey or I promise, actually ...I am treating you that I will take this to a higher authority. I was sold a puppy with knee issues. Cost me $3,500. And his issues breathing. I’m breed a little “Brooklyn”? Huh??? You best take care of this! A $2,000 puppy shouldn’t have this many gosh darn issues. Now send me my tags. Dusty’s Petkey tags. Ordered a custom name tag. It hadn’t shown up after several weeks so I contacted Petkey to ask about it. I was told another one was being ordered for me. That one never showed up either.
