I am really disappointed in the 24/7 help line. I called for over three hours and left messages several times. I did not receive a return phone call until the next day. I’m happy that the service is available. However, if you’re going to advertise for a service. I feel the service should be accurate!

I am revising my review, after stating I have been waiting over 3 months for my order, it did finally arrive. I was told I would be getting a full refund because it should not have taken that long at all. PetKey may have dropped the ball on the order, but it sounds like they are willing to make it right in the end! Makes me feel a little bit better about the company!

Review re-post. OK I have to re-post and correct my earlier rating. It is true that I did not receive an order from petkey, However, I did receive the first part of my order. I ordered my dogs microchip registration tags and received them no problem. But, I also ordered an ESA ID kit. and did not receive it. I am disabled and only ordered this because it was cheaper than re-registering my service animal thru the previous site. We recently moved and the previous site wanted to charge $79.00 to update and re-issue his service animal credentials. i have spoken with PetKey Staff by phone and email and they are very friendly, and eager to resolve the issue. The staff was very courteous and assured me that they would resolve this matter quickly. Hoping for the best.

the fact that you have to pay to change the address is dumb. we do not have to do in NH with our other cat, the service is free

Once your pet is registered there is never any fee to update or make changes. His protection is lifetime and you can access it online or update it over the phone with us anytime at no charge.
