USPS indicates that your pet's tag was delivered on 7/10 and would have arrived in a bright blue envelope. We will follow up with you to confirm the address information that you provided. Your pet is fully registered for life.

The post office is indicating that they successfully delivered it on July 12th. We will follow up with you to make sure the address was correct and get you a new one.

Not impressed that this service went from being free to $100 for the top service. My dog went missing a month ago and I found this service completely useless. I still had to manually inform all the shelter's, welfare's, police stations etc. Then I only got generic emails maybe 3 times over the last month telling me to go check X shelter cuz they've had a lot dogs brought in over the past week. Yeah that's what usually happens every week. When I replied to the emails, I never got responses either.

I believe this whole annual microchip monitoring is a complete scam...I found a dog- took him to a Pet Resources Center-They scanned the dog (Pet Key Microchip, gave their number and ID for dog---after an hour plus of calling the guy, he says "DeadEnd"---!!Total Bogus Service!--1st he says he has to contact Vet for owner info, next time says "I cant give u owner info---Then by the 4th time is when he said "DEADEND" said all numbers disconnected, I told him the scanner said the dog was just "UPDATED" just 12 months ago-no help, & no concern---I found the owners myself-eventually--DONT WASTE ur $ on "THIS" service...it is BS!

Unfortunately the microchip is only helpful if it is registered. In this case no one ever registered this microchip so even despite our efforts to back track who the microchip was sold to we were not able to determine any pet owner information. If we had any information on who the pet parents were we would have provided that. We are very glad to hear that it worked out. If you still have communication with the pet parents please encourage them to register their pet's microchip.

Total waste of monies.....neither leash nor collar would light.....when I started to unclip the collar at bedtime it would not unclip I struggled and struggled with it so in order to get it off I had to cut it off......needless to say all went in garbage

You did successfully register Benji online for a lifetime. You can access all of your registration data and services online via the account you created. There is not anything that would come by mail for the registration. I will send you a link so you can be sure to be able to log back in. Once you log in you can print a registration certificate as well if you would like. If you ever need to report Benji missing you can do so from your online account or by calling us 24/7 at 866-699-3463.

I spoke to representative and purchased a petkey lifetime for my golden retriever. When the nice collar arrived it was too small for him .I need a bigger collar,so I called and other representative said that I need to go to post office,package the collar,and then they would send me other collar.It wasn't my fault that collar was shipped for a smaller dog .Why should I waist time doing this.Petkey should send correct collar first,send free return package,then I would gladly put smaller collar in and send back....not me do all the work....I just gave you plenty of money so I expect better customer service....to this day,2 months later,I'm still stuck with small collar.....sorry my honest opinion....your mistake,you fix it.....

We apologize for the mix up . It looks like you spoke to one of our newbies so we apologize that he didn't issue a replacement right away. A new collar is on the way to you. There is no need to send back the old one. If at all possible, please donate it to a shelter or someone who can use it.
