lost the pet one month after registering a animal and could no get a refund . Will not do this again and will tell all shelters how unfair that is. Of course when paid monies and was never told when I registered by phone

On 8/22 I ordered and paid 3 cards, and only got one card for George the cat, info and pictures on card. Well I got the 2 missing cards after email after email and phone calls, BUT they are now missing info, and what info is on them is out of place and does not makes any kind of sense! On alter they have back on one and afraid on the other. Allergies they have has eye brows on one and white steak on nose on the other. No pictures on either side for both cards. I think the cards are a very good idea, because if something happens to you the rescue people have the info to get your pets the help they need, but it does not help if the info or pictures are not on the card! I called and left a message asking for my money back! I will use the old cards for my dogs, and put in the missing info on them myself. It makes me wonder if something does happen will they get the help they need if the company can't get the information right.$29.97 is too much for such little care. I would put a big fat 0 on the stars if I could!!!!!!

It was cheap and we ended up just throwing it away. Don’t wast your money.

I did not understand this site had microchipped my puppy and thought this was registering that chip

I was told that I needed Petkey in order for my puppy's microchip to work. However I have since learned that's not the case and I will be cancelling it. I'm just glad I didn't pay the lifetime membership fee.

I spent $25 for a tag and a card but only received a tag. Seems really expensive for a small metal tag.

Not what I thought it was

If I have to pay to register a microchip, I want my pet to be found if it is lost. There are other sites out there that let you register any microchip for free. The service did nothing for me
