I rescued 2 shelter dogs from Kwait. I registered their micro chip numbers and ordered tags. At closer examination of their passports I found their names were switched. This means the chip numbers were also switched. I called Petkey and explained and they said they would gladly correct it on their site and correct the ordered tags. Problem was 3 weeks later the tags came with the wrong numbers and one was the wrong color. Also the correction was not made on the site. All is corrected now. It took me making a second phone call and lost time in shipping to get a problem resoved that should have been handled with the first phone call.

I have ordered a new name badge for my two dogs at different times. I have had to call after a month for both name tags and then the tags were shipped. When I received the latest tag - it came in a large blue envelop with the spring wire that attaches the tag to a collar was just thrown in the bag. I felt something in the bottom of the bag and was surprised at what I found. I think you can do better for a $15 charge

Everything was fine except I have been having difficulty uploading a photo of my pet to your website..

You spelled our dogs name wrong it’s spelled Daezee check your records you could send us a new tag then I’d say a 5 star

Service is good, but setting up your pets information is a bit of a problem. I have a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix, when I select the breed Dachshund and second breed chihuahua, it keeps changing to Pomeranian when I save it.

I thought the key tag was going to have more of my information on it so people can contact me and then the other side have petkey information on it but all it was alot of Pet Key is info.

No way to contact Pet key easily for account issues once you buy the life time monitoring package.
