I rescued a dog. Wanted to get name changed on chip.First I was told it would cost one hundred and some dollars. Told the girl that was ridiculous price. Then she said ok, how about 65.00. Later found out I could have had it changed for nothing. What a RIP OFF.

I ordered my items a month ago and I still haven't received them. The kind Gentleman replied to my email when I inquired about them, and told me they shipped out 8/24. It is 9/17 and I still haven't recieved my items. I am disappointed that it has taken this long.

You are correct it should not take that long. We promise we did ship them but it appears they have been lost in the mail. We are sending you a new set for both dog's ASAP!

Getting into the web site is not easy. Have to reset my password every time I try to finish my dogs profile. Will not let me put in what I need to. I had no problem with my last dog before I had to pay a fee for this service. Site slow responding.
