So, keep in mind that I have not had a chance to use the services of Petkey, so I’m only going to give it 4 stars, but going by their customer service, they seem to have their act together. I don’t feel right giving a review for something that I’ve not even used. Thanks, and don’t forget to use the new client discount like I did! 😂

I like the fact that you have the choice to pay a one-time fee for forever instead of a yearly fee. Also, They did call to check if my dogs were found & ok.

Hope I never have to rely on PetKey to help find my dog if he gets lost, but its nice to know PetKey is here to help should it become needed.

I would have given it 5 stars but I thought when I paid to have her microchipped that would have been all I had to pay for.

No problem registering my pets

The only reason I gave 4stars was because the price was misleading and very confusing. I ended up paying for a tag which I didn't need and for the micro chip. I had to call and cancel once I realized my error. The way it was worded when I made the purchase was misleading.

She doesn’t know it’s on her collar so it’s no distraction for her. Simple to use.
