This 'product' is simply a listing in a database that requires no maintenance. It is entirely too expensive for a simple registration. It had better work if my cat disappears.

Please rest assured that our lost pet protection system is backed by a staff dedicated to reuniting pets. We wish we could do it all at no cost but registration fees go to continually improving the technology and expanding the network to reunite pets faster.

On 7/21/21 I renewed the registration for three of my dogs, Teddy, Velvet and Eli. About a month later I received a notice that Velvet’s registration has expired.
