When I adopted my dog and called petkey to transfer the microchip registration, I was only given one option of $75. After paying, I looked at the petkey website and saw that there were less expensive options. When I called back and said that I wanted a less expensive option, she told me there wasn’t one. So I said that I needed to speak to someone else and she said they’d call me back. Well, they never did. I’m very disappointed. I feel like I was deceived.

I never received my pet Finley’s tags

I checked numerous shelters, Facebook and other rescue/lost pet groups. They were never notified as advertised, nor was anything posted. Waste of time and money unless your pet is microchiped.

Cannot give high review, leach and harness was sent to wrong person, was sent another only received harness which is way to big for my dog. Still have not received replacement or leach or I'd tag. Not very pleased with your service. Thinking about asking for refund.

I didn't receive the ID tag, so I called the company. They apologized and said they would send one right away...3 weeks ago. ☹️

I have paid for this but don’t know what it is because I have not received any information. I would like to opt out of this if possible.

Completely totally worthless exercise. When my cat got lost I called and was told the chip was not registered. So I hurried up to give over the cash. HOWEVER, when the cat was found and scanned 4 weeks later, the cat was registered to the Humane Society where I had adopted the cat from 4 months previously. WTH, people!? If I had not had my paperwork I would not have been able to get my cat back.
