Pet key has not been of much service to me. I had to keep trying to get in touch with them to get service. Information I received when making the change in owners chip information indicates I was supposed to have received a package which never came. So I do wonder what I was supposed to have received. In fairness to PetKay I did not follow up with PetKe the about not receiving what they mentioned. Also they spelled my name wrong - hope it was corrected.

I have no complaints with my first dog. Thankfully nothing has happened. But after signing up my new puppy, and receiving tags with a stranger’s name and phone number on them as an emergency contact, I wonder just how careful they are with registering new dogs. I plan to call them.

A little expensive

I am happy with petkey.

My package came quickly, but his tag was totally off-centered the this first chip number was cut almost completely off. To join for life I thought it would be much better than what I received!

I thought it was an engraved tag, for the price to be just a print, I'm disappointed, only time will tell if it's at least long lasting, and won't fade away to soon.

I didn’t register until my puppy had a name so that I could get the dog tag. When I checked out, I discovered that the dog tag was only for US customers. It would have been useful to have that info earlier.

After completing enrollment and paying fee, I was not certain that we had actually signed up. A receipt is necessary for closure.
