My Personal Opinion. Is that your Office really DO NOT do anything to find a "Dog" If it gets lost.

The tags for your dogs do not last. Their logo is just fine after it has been on the dogs collar. The information for your dogs return is unreadable so the tag is useless. They wanted $15 to replace the tag. Why would I want to keep buying them when they don't last. They are junk.

I believe Pet Key is a total rip off scam! All they want is more and more money! My cats are already micro chipped with Home Again, but I signed up for Pet Key and ordered the pet ID collar for $9.99; which is what I thought I was ordering! All I got for $10 was a plastic ID worth $1 to attach to a separately purchased collar. I called Pet Key complaining, and they wanted an additional $14.99 for a ID collar. Rip Off! $24.99 for ID collar along with paying for one year of Pet Key monitoring. I do not recommend this service, and I do not believe this monitoring would be successful without substantial pet ID collar and by the way the scam is presented to new adoptive pet parents!

I don’t see the benefits. I don’t feel like there was any customer connection and nothing about this transaction made me or my new fur baby feel special or important as a customer!

I was told to call a different company when i got my puppy in the store. I was told it was gunna be 20 bucks and then they told me to call these guy who charged me over a 100 bucks for a extra collar and a leash that i dont even need

Just collected our money. Not much more. Sent cheap collar. Not much value for price very costly
