Some veterinarians prefer to charge just for the implantation of the microchip and leave the entering of the registration to the pet owner. When this is the case the pet owner is charged for the services and registration at the time they do that online or over the phone. We apologize that your vet did not take the time to do and charge you for both so you would only have had one charge.

Hello we are going to follow up with you as I am not sure what you are referencing. You do have a pet reported missing with us but I am not sure what you mean by keys per transaction. We will contact you directly so we can get it worked out.
