This is regarding the expensive dog tag I purchased. What a cheap piece of junk You really have a lot of nerve. Disgraceful.

My dog's microchip is still not showing me as the owner. I am very disappointed with your service and expected to have security for my dog. He is part of our family and would like to take precautions in case he somehow gets loose.

I was excited about getting my dog's mircochip registered until I realized they sell ESA ID Cards, which is an absolutel SCAM. My dog is a service dog, and has full public access rights my law; ESAs do not! Those ID cards are just confusing the public on SD/ESA law, and they are completely different! NO ID NEEDED FOR AN ESA, just a LETTER from an ACTUAL DOCTOR!

I paid to get my dog chipped. I don't feel like I should have to pay monthly.

Your pet's chip is registered for life. You don't have to pay to renew it.
