I had just came from the vet and had found out that my dogs had two microchips from two different companies and neither was registered!! Pet key customer service made me feel at ease and got my dogs registered right away. The gentleman I spoke with was very easy to talk to. I even called back twice after the first initial call with questions and he was so patient with me. I really appreciated that. Fortunately I have not dealt with PetKey after losing a pet and hope I never will but I feel at ease that my pets are “covered” if the need arises.

I hope that the Petkey procedure will help to return my pet to me in the event we become separated for whatever reason, however, I am VERY much disappointed that GPS is not available to locate my pet quickly in the event it becomes lost in close proximity to home or vehicle if traveling. This needs to be implemented in the chip ASAP as available in our world today!

I haven’t had to use pet key yet but I’m happy to know that I have a company looking out for my pets!

It was easy-peasy to do and now I have a better chance of finding my Dixie if she ever gets lost.

When my dog is lost some one will find him and they will know I am the owner, thanks to pet key
