The registration is a bit pricey. My family and I recently adopted a lovable, intelligent, and giant gentle he-pup. We were blessed that we didn’t have to pay an adoption fee because of the fact that it was a friend to friend rehoming for the dog. With that being said I knew that there would be some start up costs since we hadn’t owed a dog for quite sometime. Although I’m fully aware of the cost for owning a pet I do not believe that your service cost takes into account veterinary visits, food and other existential‘s for the care and well-being of a family pet. And yes, I searched online for coupons for both my cat and my dog registrations with this company, and found none.

Excellent program, good quality products but the negative is the selling hustle, pitch the high price program and very reluctant to even talk about other options till I told her I was probably going to pass

I feel I was mislead to believe that the home again chip required me to pay for this in order to have the chip registered. I now know that is not true.

I like that you can upload pics of your pets on the website and that if your pet is lost you can update the status in real time. I also like you can view all your pets on one account. BUT.... when adding my last pet to our account, the customer service representative did not know what they were doing. I checked my account and my new pet was not added, even though the charge went thru on my credit card. When I called back to make the correction, the next rep was more helpful than the first and was able to add my 2nd pet. However, after reviewing my account again, my 2nd pet's profile had a red lettered notification that he was not a lifetime member and I needed to buy an upgrade; even though I had purchased the lifetime package? I called back and got the same 2nd rep who explained her system did show the lifetime package purchased and not to worry about it. When I went back in and looked at the e-certificate it did say he was a lifetime member, however even to this day when I view his profile the red-lined nagging tag across the top says he needs upgraded to be lifetime member. So that is weird and frustrating.

My toy poodle liked it the first time I gave it to her then when I bought more she wouldn't eat it

It would let me register my one dog but when I tried to register my second dog, it kept bringing up my first dog’s name and would not let me register my second dog. Both dogs are chipped and I want BOTH registered in case one runs and vet runs the chip number. This needs to be fixed-many people have more than one dog that are chipped and there needs to be a way to register each dog individually as they each have a different chip number.
