Your Petkey account doesn't show that you ordered any products. What you bought from us here at Petkey in November was an annual registration for your dog. if you have more questions on this purchase, please call us at 866-699-3463.

I was charged 39.95 to update my new dogs Information. The website says 19.95. Had I known it was cheaper online, I'd have done it online. And the representative that helped me was rude. They reply to inform that it was the “lifetime” membership. Again, the options should have been clear. And I’ve never received the “ pet tag” they spoke about either.

Our $19.95 package is an annual registration, which requires renewal at that price again every year. You paid 39.95 for a lifetime registration and a pet id tag. So, you will never pay again to keep your registration current and lost and found alerts active on your dog. Sorry to hear that you feel our Sales Rep was rude. We pride ourselves in our customer service and that is not ok. Thanks for being part of the petkey family!!

They marketed their product AS IF YOU HAD JUST REGISTERED WITH THEM AND NEEDED TO COMPLETE YOUR INFORMATION!!!! It was marketed one day after I had signed in to my pets recently acquired microchip from vet and your site led me to believe you were connected to “Home Again!” BIG SCAM FROM YOU FOLKS!!!! BAD VERY BAD

We are very confused on what you are referring to. We would only have your information because you set up an account for your pet on our website directly. We would not be able to target you in any other way and our website very clearly is branded with out company name and logo. If you ended up on our website by mistake we apologize as there are multiple microchip registries to choose from and if you do a google search you will be presented with different options. It looks like you purchased and ID tag with us which we did ship but we have issued you a refund since it sounds like you intended on visiting a different website. If we can be of any further assistance please let us know.
