They ask for picture of your dog. Website was easy to use. I would highly recommend this service. The price was great!

Its a good thing to have tracking, though I am new to this our local veterinarian office offered to put the information of the microchip into there system in case our animals did get lost. The insurance info...may be another service we may look into as our pets go further in age
