A bit expensive but if the dog ever gets lost, the chip may prevent heartache!

It was easy to navigate the site to sign our puppy up. I love how we can update her profile picture and information.

I like that I can register my pet's chip. I don't like that I can't find a "test" button that would return by pet's address and phone number. Just to see if the website service would work as it should.

I am happy with the product but was not informed that after paying the vet that when I registered my pets I would be charged an additional fee & that it would have a yearly fee .. the vet clinics should do a better job informing buyers

I was able to get the lifetime at a good price. Which I’m very happy about. The representative was not very friendly.

So far so good we have not yet had to use this to find our baby girl

Interested in condos in the 100000 price range

Everything was fine except the fact that I have to pay yet more money to keep this micro chip active? My other dog has one from a different company and I only had to pay for the initial cost and then that was it I didn't have to pay to keep it active just register it. In my opinion more people would get these and keep them up if there weren't so many different fees attached. Times are hard enough. But to add this to it on top of the vaccinations and vet costs and flea and heartworm preventions and city tags now these fees too. It's to the point it's to expensive to have a pet responsibly.
