I’ve always chipped my pets. This is the first time I had to pay for the annual service as well as the procedure. From now on I’ll ask my vet what company they use before they implant.

We are sorry your Vet didn't explain that you have to pay for the chip and registration separate. But, what you bought here at Petkey is a lifetime registration for your cat. You do not have to pay for her registration and lost pet alerts annually, or ever again. Thanks for being part of the Petkey family!

Your order is "on hold" until you upload a picture of your dog. What you bought is a picture id card, so it cannot print and ship until there is a picture of your sweet fur baby uploaded to your Petkey account.

I am giving one star because despite the fact I've had the product in my dog for only one month and done nothing but pay the registration fee, this is the second product review request I've received. How the hell do you expect me to review your product if all I've done is paid for it? Ask me when I've actually made use of the product

It appears as though you went directly to our website possibly from a google search. We are the largest lost pet recovery network in North America so we do come up in the search results. We understand that mistakes can happen so we are happy to refund the purchase you made with us but please note we did nothing to intentionally "trick" anyone. We take great pride in our customer service and recovery efforts.
