I rehomed a pet that had a micro chip registered with pet key. I called to see ho I transfer to our name. The person that helped me was great she told me how we can switch owners. She called the other owner and got right back to me to finish the process. You couldn't ask for more she was great and really cared. Thank you for all your help

One phone call to them on a Saturday along with sending them copies of all our legal adoption documents, they were able to authenticate the documents, register and transfer the microchip to our name.....
